US Biologic Director, Partnerships and New Markets
US BIOLOGIC focuses on reducing disease through a range of products and services with a focus on orally delivered vaccines. We are seeking a high-quality, highly motivated, independent, and successful candidate to coordinate partnership-based coalition-building activities across several markets and constituency groups, including industry partners, advocacy groups, advisory committees, and state and Federal agency partners, among others. These coalitions will help open new markets and drive revenues for our products by amplifying consumer awareness. An associated function will be the exploration of new markets based on consumer search and product need / pathway to market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required is at least a bachelor’s degree with demonstrable success in building and coordinating coherent, story-driven, multi-pronged, multi-phased education, communications, and policy programs for a variety of public-private partnerships, preferably in the health field.
The successful candidate will combine a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, a clear understanding of the company culture and strategic plan, and hands-on experience in coordinating external marketing entities, building and maintaining coalitions. All work will be data-driven (e.g., market research), and so hands-on marketing research (or other related) experience is also required.
Experience in public health, animal health, or professional pest-management is desired but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect / analyze / present market data via surveys, interviews, geofencing, and other primary and secondary research sources
- Create / execute partnership-based coalition building (industry, advocacy groups, public entities, researchers, etc.) for company priorities, particularly market entry and sales
- Support cross-cutting efforts for product commercialization and sales revenues
- Perform / present new market research on company innovations to assess future product potential
Location and Travel:
The US Biologic HQ is located in Memphis. No significant travel is anticipated.
