US Biologic LymeShield Regional Sales Manager
US BIOLOGIC focuses on reducing disease through a range of products and services. We are seeking a high-quality, highly motivated, independent, and successful individual to lead sales efforts of one of the most innovative and disruptive platforms or systems in the pest-management market, the LymeShield System, which is a new and novel way to fight Lyme Disease.
Qualifications and Skills:
Sales experience in the pest-management industry is required, as your current contacts will be invaluable as you help launch the LymeShield System in your territory. You must combine a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude coupled with a clear understanding of the company culture and strategic plan, the complexities and expansiveness of Lyme disease and hands-on experience in building highly profitable and mission-based sales programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Promote and directly sell the LymeShield System to all qualified pest-management professionals in your territory; First-year sales expectation is a minimum of $500,000+ in net and collected sales.
- Increase the territory’s overall market share.
- Attend and exhibit at all area pest-management professional conferences.
- Train and properly on-board new pest-management professional partners on the LymeShield System, licensing requirements, ordering and inventory policies and procedures, invoicing and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain, support and increase sales to all current and future accounts.
- Conduct area field days and kickoff meetings to promote the LymeShield System.
Sales Support:
The sales manager will benefit by taking ownership of existing accounts and substantial marketing support and targeted awareness campaigns. US Biologic is also selling in public and commercial markets that can be leveraged to support your direct to pest-management professional sales. US Biologic will provide a complete toolbox of support and promotional materials for your benefit.
Location:
Managers will be responsible for 3-5 states in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Northeastern regions. Continuous travel in these targeted geographies will be required. There will be constant online, face to face and virtual contact and communication with the US Biologic Leadership Team.
